Wheat germ is essential for older pigeons and birds, reluctant to reach breeding condition.
Wheat Germ Oil Natural Vitamin E Oil Wheat Germ Oil is extracted from the centre of the wheat, the wheat kernels known as the ‘germ’ layer. This is the part that germinates to become cereal grass wheat. The extraction from the wheat embryo gives an unrefined and pure golden supplement. Wheat is one of the major nutritional foods available to the pigeon rich in ‘Tocotrienol’ or Vitamin E. It also contains multiple B vitamins, protein and Iron. Additionally it is a great source of potassium, phosphorous, riboflavin, lecithin, calcium, zinc, selenium and magnesium. Pigeon Health is able to provide natural cereal grass oils from one of the leading specialists in seed oil development. The seeds undergo a cold press expellation of the oil which keeps the nutritional value to an optimum level. Contains Pure Cold Pressed Wheat Germ Oil. Add the oil directly to the feed at rate of 1ml per kg of feed twice weekly during breeding and once weekly during racing for Pigeons .
